Shipping & Processing Times

Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Orders typically have a shipping time of 2-6 days once shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • For all products listed with free shipping, there is no shipping cost for standard shipping within the domestic speed shipping may be available for some products for an additional fee, which will be presented at checkout.

Local Delivery:

  • We do not currently offer local delivery.

In-store Pickup:

  • We do not currently offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping:

  • Not currently available

Order Status: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@badmouthgame.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Refund Policy

We operate under a 30-day return policy, giving you a month after receiving your item to request a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure the item is in its original shrinkwrap. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@badmouthgame.com. Upon acceptance of the return, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to the provided address. Upon receipt of the items, you will be refunded accordingly.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover that the item is defective or damaged please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

We do not offer exchanges

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
